Cynthia D. Boone… A pillar in her
community, a women of integrity, a motivator to others, a car
sales machine, a mother, a friend--but most of all a child of
God! In life there are people who align themselves with you
because of what you can do for them--but not Cynthia. She is a
person who gives from her heart and is there to help others.
Born in Brownsville, Brooklyn to the proud parents of Arthur and
the late Evangeline Maria Boone. She has two siblings, a brother
who is an entrepreneur and a sister who is a prolific poet. She
has a son, JerVaughn (Jay) who is the light of her world, and
keeps her motivated. Her motivation and inspiration derives from
her relationship with Jesus Christ, her son and her parents.
Like any great leader, these motivations continue to push her to
new levels and depths in her career. Cynthia’s mother instilled
in her that in order to become a woman of excellence and class
you must first put the Lord first in all things that you do. The
scripture that Cynthia lives by is found in
Philippians 4:13 “I can do all things
through Christ who strengthens me.”
As the
business women, Ms. Boone has been in the automotive sales
industry for approximately eleven (11) years. She started as a
part-time packager and telephone representative. Later, she was
promoted to a Sales Representative and was faced with selling
automobiles which she had no knowledge of. Within one year
Cynthia was promoted to Lease Retention Manager and after two
(2) years to Business Development Manager and after nine (9)
years to the Lead Sales Manager. She has received countless
sales excellence awards including being featured on the cover of
Black Minority Business Magazine 2004. She was also the First
African-American Female Manager in the Tri-State area for
Toyota. Cynthia accredits her sales knowledge to Mr. Richard
Cirillo.
Today,
Ms. Boone has opened her own automotive sales company, “Kingdom
Cars Unlimited.” Everywhere she travels she quotes one favorite
scripture which is Psalms 37:7…“Rest in the lord, and wait
patiently for him. Do not fret because of him who prospers in
his way, because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass.”
Cynthia’s most influential verse is 11 of Psalms 37, “but
the meek shall inherit the earth and shall delight themselves in
the abundance of peace.”
We
celebrate with Cynthia because she has the victory, Hallelujah!
She is an accomplished entrepreneur and remembers the teachings
that her mother rooted in her from birth. She is able to attest
that everything in life --the challenges and victories come from
Jesus Christ.
For Cynthia we are glad to
know that this women of integrity knows that her foundation
cometh from the Lord!
To God Be The Glory…
